Chinese 19th Century Jian Double Sword

An excellent example of a Chinese 19th Century Jian Double Sword

This is a very fine Jian double sword in terrific condition and even retaining the original cord hanging and brass strap. Comprises two swords back to back with brass, ribbed wooden grips - monster/dragon-head crossguards. Plain, spear-pointed blades. The scabbard is made form white fishskin and finely detailed brass mounts.

In excellent condition throughout.
