Late-18th Century American or British Naval Seaman’s Boarding Pike
A scarce and unusual late-18th Century American or British Naval Boarding Pike. It has a leaf-shaped blade that is of a type that was popular in both Britain and America during the American Revolutionary War and the early Napoleonic Wars.
Condition of the Boarding Pike
The blade has a dark age patina and with old but light pitting in places. The shaft is later.
